Getting Ready for the Ball

Brian, Kaymee, Jenna, and Cody came up to visit this weekend. Jenna was pretending that we were going to a ball, so she and Cody did my hair and make-up so that I would look beautiful for it.

This is just one of the twenty different lipglosses/lipsticks she layered on my lips.

I don't know if you can see it very well, but Jenna put some heavy duty purple eye shadow on me. I scrubbed my face and it would not come off!

If you're wondering what that is around my neck, it's a necklace made by Jenna. I got my craft box out cause she wanted to make gift cards. She found some ornaments and ribbon and decided to make me a necklace.

My calling in the ward is Linger Longer Chairperson. Best. Calling. Ever. After church, everyone gathers in the gym and my committee and I feed everyone a little snack. Yes, my calling is to cook. Love it. Here are a few pics of things I've made.

It's been a while...

Ok, I know it's been years since I've posted anything. I was going to post pics from Memorial Day, but since every other family member who has a blog has posted the same pictures, and the same people read our blogs, I decided I wouldn't bore everyone with the same stuff. However, I am going to post one picture from that weekend. This is me with the money I won from betting on horses. I just have one question to all of my family...why didn't anyone tell me I looked pregnant in this shirt?! And not just barely pregnant...2nd trimester pregnant!
